Your proactivity comes into play to help deliver productivity targets and client satisfaction
Competent IT skills
Your strategic outlook helps identify continuous improvements
A horticultural qualification and / or relevant experience are required
Full UK driving licence

Oversee system compliance and quality checks
Liaise with clients
Recruit both seasonal and permanent staff
Machinery and equipment management
