Business Support plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily business operations by managing tasks such as liaising with operational teams and key account  management, maintaining accurate financial and commercial records, managing data entry, report generation and managing a team of administrators.

Candidates must be proficient in the use of Excel/google sheets, eg pivot tables, vlookups etc

Job Description

Key responsibilities of the role will be to manage and provide administrative support to Divisional Director, the Head of Key Accounts, the Head of Operation and includes

  • Manage the reporting of revenue streams.

  • Liaise with key internal departments to ensure that operational management IT systems are maintained and updated.

  • Streamline daily business operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently.

  • Provide support in project management, assisting in coordination and implementation of business initiatives.

  • Oversee all reporting and ensure accuracy and deadlines are met

  • Serve as a central point of communication, relaying information between departments and ensuring clarity and consistency.

  • Develop and maintain regular reports on business activities, contributing to strategy and planning.

  • Collate monthly, quarterly and annual performance monitoring statistics and ensure that managers provide updates in a timely manner

  • Manage 2 administrators
