At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for a Team Leader (Sports Turf) to join our team in the North Surrey/SW London area.

The Team Leader plays a crucial role in maintaining and preparing high-quality sports surfaces, primarily focusing on cricket and football pitches. This position requires a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for preparing pristine playing surfaces.

* Experience in maintaining fine turf surfaces in a sports environment.
* Knowledge of cricket pitch preparation techniques and best practices.
* Experience with line marking and other grounds maintenance tasks.
* Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
* Adaptable to different working techniques with a strong work ethic.
* Experienced using a wide variety of small engine machinery
* Full, clean driving licence.
* PA1 & PA6 is desirable.
* Reliable and conscientious and able to work on their own initiative.
* Operating and ensuring others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery and equipment with care and that daily checks and routine servicing are carried and properly recorded.
* To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required by the Supervisor
