Part Time, 16 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday) £16.00 per hour

Who are you?
Proven experience in leading and supervising a small team.
Experience in litter collection and removal operations.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Physically fit and able to undertake manual work.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
A Glimpse into the Role awaiting You
Lead and supervise a team of cleansing operatives, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and coordination of work activities.
Ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary tools and materials to carry out their duties safely and effectively.
Taking responsibility for the works on site, including timekeeping, productivity arrangements for breaks, dealing with members of the public, visitors to the site and deliveries.
Proactively leading by example, motivating and guiding the team and maintaining workforce discipline.
Operating and ensuring others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery and equipment with care and that daily checks and routine servicing are carried and properly recorded.
To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required by the Supervisor
